# Creating a project

1. Click on "Projects" in the navigation menu.
2. Click "Create a Project". This opens the Create a project page.
3. Complete the setup:

* **Title:** Choose a descriptive project title.
* **Language:** Select the primary language for assessments.
* **Test Frequency:**
  * One-time: Test takers take a single assessment (default).
  * Daily: Test takers receive daily assessments at 7AM UTC.
* **Fit For Duty Response:** For Daily projects, choose how high-risk results are handled: the Default (Recommended) Take Action workflow, or a Custom link (https\://) to your organization's FFD policy. An optional Escalation Policy link applies when a high-risk result is followed by another. For One-time projects these fields are disabled.
* **Identity Verification:** Choose whether ID verification (a photo ID and selfie) is optional or mandatory before the test. For mandatory projects, set what happens when a test taker does not complete digital verification:
  * **Offer manual ID verification:** the test taker notifies you and waits; their row shows *Verification pending* until you confirm their identity.
  * **Company policy:** the test taker must verify digitally or exit without testing. You can provide a policy link that is shown to them.

4. Review your entries and click "Create project". You will be redirected to the project's dashboard.

<Note>
  You can navigate to your project's dashboard by clicking on the project's name
  from the list (see below).
